SOLRISEN adopts PDCA cycle QC system for quality control, which was proposed by American quality management
expert Dr. Deming.
P (PLAN) Quality problem definition + improvement plan
D(DO) Improvement Plan Execution
C (CHECK) improvement effect evaluation
A (ACT) standard curing
Eight steps of QC processing
Step 1: Analyze the current situation and identify the problem. Emphasis is on the grasp of the status quo and
the accuracy of problem discovery.
Step 2: Analyze the cause of the problem and find out various possible causes that lead to the problem.
Step 3: Identify the main cause, distinguishing the main cause and the secondary cause is the key to effectively
solve the problem.
Step 4: Develop a 5W1H improvement plan: why to develop this plan (Why), what to be achieved (What), where to
implement (Where), who is responsible for completing it (Who), when to complete it (When) and how to
complete it (How ).
Step 5: Implement measures. Efficient execution is an important link for an organization to accomplish its goals.
Step 6: Check, verify, and evaluate the improvement effect.
Step 7: Standardize, and solidify the improvement measures with standardized documents.
Step 8: Dealing with remaining problems, improving and solving quality problems is a continuous activity.
It is impossible to solve all problems in one PDCA cycle, and the remaining problems will be
continuously improved in the next PDCA cycle.
